I have a buyer in Canada that states he also ordered the same part from China that he did from me on the same day. Mine ships free to the Global shipping center. He then pays customs and Canadian postal fees. Delivery is usually 10-14 days. His complaint is that he received the shipment from China already, for free shipping, and mine as he states at a high shipping expense has not arrived yet. I know I don't have any control over the postal systems but is his complaint truthful and accurate?
This is between the buyer and GSP.
Suggest to the buyer to do any of the following:
Call ebay and ask for a GSP specialist.
Email GSP: global.shipping.support@pb.com
If he files a dispute with ebay. You then call ebay and tell them it was a GSP shipment.
