It all began last March when ebay delayed payment from a buyer the FBI was investigating for money laundering. Since then. Ebay has violated my shipping and buyer requirements several times. then Ebay canceled the sales and charged me repeatedly for money ebay refunded to the buyer. Ebay reps say my account is secure and the overcharge refunded, Then Ebay charges me again , freezes my account and will not call me when requested. I value Ebay and want to work with them but do not want to be extorted. What should I do?
