For the second time in a month I've been late in issuing a refund to buyers because ebay isn't letting me use the same credit card (my only credit card...a visa bank card) that they have on file and approved to issue my payments to.
No reason is given by the automated system; only that "there was a problem verifying card" and "check back later". The last time i checked back in, the refund had been made anyway via that card (?!?).
The system isn't offering me the option of using my checking account directly to do so either.
Seems like the last time i had this level of problem it took actual human intervention that took me hours to locate online.
Any help offered by the community would be great--i'm just an individual selling personal stuff not a business obviously...
