eBay site not accepting tracking numbers since they changed things

cannot get site to accept my tracking numbers so I have to text the buyers thier tracking numbers which is less than adequate

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped

has not changed.  When I use ebay shipping, the tracking number is automatically uploaded.
