eBay shipping cost refund - item 181706590841

I recently had to return an item that was defective. Somewhere in the return process eBay states they will refund shipping cost if I print the shipping label and pay for it. I do not see a refund on my last invoice. How am I suppose to get the shipping cost refund? Thanks
