eBay international shipping

Hi my question is if I choose to use eBay international shipping what fees would I incur to ship my product to the eBay processing center ?  Can I also get a discount to ship my product to eBay?

If you are in the U.S., and enroll in the eBay International Shipping Program, there is no selling fee charged to ship the sold item to the eBay hub.

If you use eBay shipping labels, you would get a discount on postage to ship to the U.S. hub.
