eBay goes with seller who received return item as shown on USPS tracking claims did not receive

Returned item to seller…verified with USPS but eBay goes with buyer that he did NOT receive.

Zero help from eBay…..zero help from seller as he states…”  contact eBay “,  it is their responsibility now ! “.      How’s that for a response .  Further, shoes shown on eBay as a bright golden color…..received  dark brown !    WHO is running eBay customer care ?

Did you file an Ebay Return Request?

If so, did you use the return shipping label that was provided by the seller/ Ebay?

If you did not use the shipping label supplied, did you enter the tracking number in the Return Request details?
