eBay customer service beyond horrible

Ebay recently partnered with Beckett Business Solutions to offer high volume sports cards sellers a easier way to list 20,000 items using stock photo and descriptions at $299-$499 -1999 a month, etc

The program is under maintenance supposedly and can not reach any rep. Burbank Sports cards owns the software abd has since monopolized ebay with nearly 3,000,000 items. I dont even have an opportunity to use this software  as dozens of sellers do ?? Kind of fraudlent if you asked me.

Ebay reps have no clue of anything when i call. Just fees fees fees. Downgrade fee, early termination fee, fee fee fee....

Traffic and sales are down. No free listings promotions ever anymore... i have lost out on $$$ and product 2-3 x this year due  to buyer protection program and USPS.

Ebay is not what it used to be thats for sure, i dont need no verbatim from a computer screen with a pregenerated answer
