My DSRs have ALWAYS (well 99.999999% of the time) been 5 stars top to bottom. The vast majority of items that I sell are mailed in regular small envelopes with no tracking. Is that the reason that my ratings have all been 4.9 for the last couple of months? I can't charge $3 ish s/h to mail something that costs less than $3. No one would buy. I've also had NO issues except for a non-delivered enveope & I fully refunded the buyer. I have had NO neg ratings also. Any ideas?
