checkout and now back in cart

Bought 2 items and at checkout paid with coupon i earned & balance paid with ebay bucks. Then went back to cart to pay for an item i had saved for later (becauae i had to buy the other 2 things in one transa tio#n for coupon). Now, the first 2 items have returned to my cart. and the coupon (my $50 reward for selling) has expired. And my bucks are gone. I paid full price for that separate item. And as it alaays seems to be, no help is availablw at eBay. What gives. I'm not very happy about losing my perks
