charged for an item I didn't buy

An item has been charged to my credit card I did not purchase.  It looks like something for children.  A Weiss Schwarz Horizon Desk.  I don't know what it is.   I have sent seller messages and have not received any response.  Ebay and credit card company have said will remove charge but it is still on account.  If item still comes, what do I do with it?   Seller says doesn't take returns.
