sold a $425 item to some dude in Turkey with 0 feedback
sent invoice and message but no contact and no payment
cancelled order and now ebay says they are waiting for him to confirm his "refund" for payment he never made
could this be a scam that I have not heard about???
what gives Ebay?????
how long will I have to wait to get my final value refund and relist the item?
do sellers have any rights on here at all??
