I sold an item with a value over $1,000 and wanted to add additional insurance. I created the first shipping label and no option for insurance so I cancelled it. Thinking I made a mistake I tried a second time. Same problem no option for additional insurance so I cancelled it. The third time I finally found the 'advanced box' to check and successfully created the final correct shipping label.
It has been since April 26 and 27th and I have yet to receive a shipping credit. Please advise as how to contact someone at eBay to look into this matter.

This is not an eBay issue. This is a USPS issue.
It can take several weeks for USPS to reimburse.
