I bid on an item via "Make an Offer" selection. The seller wanted $199.00 + $27.76 shipping OR "Make an Offer". I made an offer of $150.00. PLUS I included a message to the seller that stating my offer included shipping. I received a message from eBay indicating the seller ACCEPTED my offer. When I went to pay, the seller ADDED-ON the $27.76 shipping. I DID NOT PAY! I have since, sent the seller 4 messages asking he/she revise my invoice to reflect FREE shipping.
I know of I commit to a Buy It Now item AND do not pay, eBay is in your face within 3 days! How do I get this seller to revise my invoice to the AGREED-TO terms so I can pay him/her and get my item???
HELP!!!
