Shipping USPS 1 Class vs USPS Ground

Why can't I use USPS 1 Class mail on my small items. Everything is reverting to USPS Ground. It weighs 8oz. I want to ship USPS 1 Class mail????? All my items are now listed as USPS Ground, Why? And how do I change them back to 1st Class. Thanks

‘Contact seller’ bar defaults to ‘make an offer’

How do I contact an eBay seller to ask a question? When I hit the ‘contact seller’ bar in the listing it defaults to the ‘make an offer’ page with no option to message the seller in order to ask a question about the item.

Can you block a seller on ebay?

I see that sellers can block buyers, but not the other way around. I keep running into items from a seller that makes cheap reproductions of classic photos, and I would like to weed those results out. Thanks!

some things missing from package
