Wrongful Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item

Today I recevied a wrongful Copyright violation notice.

Here are the listings that were removed:
163177028527 - Atari Video Game Emulator Software *Windows* Run old Atari Games on Modern Comp

eBay also said, "You may sell products on recordable media (such as VHS tapes, audio tapes, CD-Rs, and DVD-Rs) if you are the copyright owner or are authorized by the owner to sell the product. This information must be clearly documented in your listing."

I was selling a software program called Stella.  It's an open-source license and falls under GPL licenses.  I have the right to sell it, and modify the code.

From GNU.org:

Does the GPL allow me to sell copies of the program for money? (#DoesTheGPLAllowMoney)
Yes, the GPL allows everyone to do this. The right to sell copies is part of the definition of free software. Except in one special situation, there is no limit on what price you can charge. (The one exception is the required written offer to provide source code that must accompany binary-only release.)

This is the official Stella website:
https://stella-emu.github.io/index.html

The developers of the software also wrote on their webpage at the bottom (https://stella-emu.github.io/donations.html😞

"I'm not in this for the money"

I'm highly confused as to why my ad was removed.  It seems wrong to me.  In my ad I wrote at the bottom in 8pt font that the software falls under GNU/GPL license.  I also was provided a link by eBay to make contact, but it shows a blank page.  Is there a way to reach eBay over e-mails?

eBay, Hello?  This is Houston.  Do you read me?

p.s.  Please don't ban me from here because I ask a question.
