Winning bidder doesn't look legit

  Recently sold Iphone that had almost 1,000 views and 55 bidders. My worst fear just happend - a complete newbie won bidding at last minute. I have seen this before as I have been selling on ebay for over 12 years. My account setting are set to not let anyone bid on my listing with unpaid strike on their account. Its been 24 hours and unpaid but I have to consider the holiday. Here is what I am concerned about and maybe want to contact ebay - the sellers first and last name are identical. Flag number #1. Their account was created a day before they won bidding on my iphone. Flag #2. I have sent email to buyer to confirm they have received my invoice. What I really want to do is cancel their bid and offer phone to 2nd highest bidder. Should I contact ebay and maybe see if this person has been verified and if not...can we cancel their bid. Thoughts?
