I have noticed promotion rates with 7-8% gap in same categories. Why would one bundle of Reagan Bumper Stickers promote at 10% and a nearly identical bundle promote at 3.5%? In the past couple weeks, I noticed the same expansive gap in rates in Wedding supplies and Miniature Pewter Snowbabies. Anyone know why? Is eBay's algorithms screwed up? Please advise. -Scott
