Why was my listing removed when similiar items from other sellers remain?

Recently listed 1 TENS and 1 EMS unit.  Immediately received auto-email stating that the TENS unit was removed due to policy violation for medical and presecription devices.

In looking at http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/prescriptions.html I find under NOT ALLOWED items:

• Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) units and their accessories 

• Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulators (TENS) machines and their accessories 

The EMS unit wasn't pulled and eventually sold.  And a search for TENs devices on Ebay lists many results.  So my question is why was mine pulled while others remain?

 PS:  Didn't realize I can't respond to replies here (at least I found no way of doing so).

Mecheng, item was listed with Turbo Lister, and I received notification of pull within 2mins of posting.  Seemed more likely to have been a bot rather than another user reporting policy violation.
