I bought an item ("buy now" not even under auction), paid instantly via PayPal, received the item which was NOT AS DESCRIBED and returned using an Ebay provided return/tracking label. Seller noted "received" and issued reimbursement back to PayPal. But NOW that item appears in my account as "unpaid" thus as I understand a tick against me. Why is a paid/returned (not as described)/reimbursed item considered "unpaid." Has Ebay missed tracking somehow? Ebay account has a full record w/ its own number of the return process w/ photos of what rec'd and each step of of the return/rebursement/ "closed." Why is that item showing as "unpaid" ? Although when attempt doing anything with {appeal} that "unpaid" item, Ebay says "nothing is unpaid." So part of Ebay realizes nothing unpaid, but account showing as "unpaid."
