Why does my shipping label say I’m shipping two heavy books Priority Mail when I was paid for Media?

This keeps happening.  I list a book, add a shipping cost base on media mail, and sell it.  But when it’s time to print the label, the label says I’m shipping it Priority Mail (at least more than $25 beyond what the buyer paid at Media Mail rates).  I go into the listing and the app won’t let me switch back to Media Mail!  I can choose UPS though!  What is going on?

Have you tried to view it and print the label from a desktop instead of the app, or a desktop browser?

Are you using the "Custom" selections and not "carrier".

Maybe there's an issue with the app.

You're not required to use Priority Mail or UPS if it qualifies for Media Mail.

As a last resort you can print from PayPal (paypal.com/shipnow) or a free service like pirateship.com
