Why does my Black Americana item get canceled?

I had a Black Americana item listed this week, and Ebay canceled it due to be racial? There are over 1,000 Black Americana items listing as of now. Why are they not canceled??

Could be that someone reported yours. Could be that they just have not gotten around to the other 1,000 yet. It's like why there's hundreds of people speeding, but I get the ticket.
