Why do I have to keep adding my checking every time I sell an item ? When did this change ?

I mean before all I had to do was list my item because Everyting was saved. No I look on my payment options & it shows my checking as my main payout.  But the last three items I've listed it's asked to repost my checking info before it will post my item.  Does anyone know away around this ? I mean I've got my payout saved it says but why keep listing it every stinking time ? Help
