Where can I find the template for eBay Standard Envelope for shipping postcards?

The link to find the template for the Standard Shipping Template for postcards is not working. Can anyone direct me to that template?

@acgail1   The only template I am aware of is the one that shows what size of envelope is allowed and it's on this page>

You can select CHANGE on the label page on the right hand side under the addresses and then on the next page select 2x4 label.

In addition to the suggestion to use a file folder cut down I know that other sellers have used several sheets 

plain paper folded over the card to protect it.    These keeps everything smooth so it goes through the sorting equipment.
