I have never seen that option on a shipping label.
The clerks at the post office do ask that question each time. After years of asking, and I always reply "no" they have stopped asking me.

There isn't a specific mailing label you can print - you have to buy labels to affix to your package. Like those shown in this search -
There are specific packaging requirements for sending liquids through the mail - triple wrapped, absorbent material - read the details here -

I would let the clerk know if the item I was shipping was liquid, fragile or perishable, but they are not any of those.
