When I click <List Item> my browser hangs ... both Chrome & Firefox

This is my third time posting this issue. I have been unable to list an item going on several days. My browser 0 Chrome or Firefox - just hangs and never completes the listing. Basically, my eBay business will come to an end if I can't figure out what's happening. I do use Win 7 but this has not been issue in the past

Are you able to list successfully if you use a computer with a different operating system?

Or using a phone?

Thanks for reaching out. The answer is no, Win 7 is all I have. The strange thing is I can post once then when I post again it hangs. If I thought using Win 11 would be certain to fix the problem then I might consider buying a newer computer. But if a new computer yields the same result ... then I'd have spent money for nothing.
