What the Hell is wrong with ebay?

I'm trying to contact a LIVE PERSON.  How the hell do I do that?  I've been trying and trying and trying and trying, but the stupid automated "assistant" will not let me call anyone, and won't let anyone call me!  I will NOT buy an item on ebay until I have my question answered!  What is ebay's telephone number?????

@filmson  If it's a product question ONLY the seller can answer you, you click on contact the seller on the listing.  eBay has no access to a sellers merchandise.

If you have questions about the eBay Money Back Guarantee, it applies to listings even where the seller says no returns.  The sellers no returns policy is for buyers remorse returns ONLY... changed mind, doesn't fit, etc.  

If the item is not as described then the seller must pay return shipping no matter where they are located and refund you 100%.

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media

I haven't contacted eBay in more than 15 years.  I come here ... to THIS Board ... whenever I have a problem or question.  The members who mentor on this Board are generally more knowledgeable, accurate, and easier to reach than an eBay's Customer Service rep.
