What should I do when an order is showing the "Order Details" for a different order?

I would make sure you didn't do what I do sometimes.  Click on the wrong order details for the order you wanted to look at.  I do this once in a while when you have a list of them.

Try using one of these two links to look at your orders and see if this helps:

You can also filter the second by choosing a filter, such as Awaiting Shipment.

Does your order show here?  If so, what happens when you click on it?

The Purchases shown are correct.   I have two orders of *ALMOST* the same product, but different and with different order numbers.  Clicking on 1st one shows the correct Order Details, and clicking on the 2nd one shows the Order Details for the 1st item and NOT the second item.

Okay.

Well.  I would try this:

You should have an e-mail that was confirmation of your orders.  If you still have it, find the one for the order not showing up there.  Click the link for the order in that e-mail and see what that brings up.

Its possible the orders  are grouped by the same seller?

If you are using a browser, might try forcing a browser refresh.  CTRL-SHIFT-R

Or try a different browser or the app, or vice versa.  See if its a glitch with the access method.

Finally figured this out.  Browser was caching. Cleared it and all is well.
