What happened to USPS mailing tubes as an option?

Are mailing tubes no longer an option? I used to get a better rate using them as opposed to using a rectangular  box the same size.

Yes but I found out they no longer offer a special price on postage. Thanks Louie NoJoy

The postage cost using that tube has always been based on weight. Now that USPS is imposing a surcharge on packages longer than 22" the medium tube has a $15 surcharge and the small tube has a $4 charge.
