We ordered tacks and when they got here the envelope was in poor condition bad packaging and they were short on the count seller ignored 2 messages then they ignored ebay. Now ebay says all they can do is have us send the whole lot back we waited for an item we needed it was short 25 tacks al we wanted was the seller to refund the difference now ebay says they have no other options take it or leave it. Is this why ebay sales are falling so fast?
