What can be done when a seller doesn't honor their warranty?

Ebay sellers cannot issue warranties on the items they sell unless they are an authorized seller for the company that manufactures the item.

Understand. I just don't like being lied too.

The seller  claims 1 year warranty on all their products but when my unit fail in a few month refuse to honor their claim.
