Please, somebody help me.
I have ordered an item for birthdays for my friend. Shipping would take too long, that's why i immidiately asked to cancel the item i bought. Seller didnt reply to my messages, so i asked Resolution center for help. As a reason i put "i am not interested in this item". They replied, that i should send the package back to seller within 7 days and give him a tracking number. Item was ordered 5th of April from China to USA. Of course i dont have this item yet. Seller is not communicating with me. He is not replying to my messages. I have NOTHING to send to seller, because i dont have this item. Ebay will cancel the dispute in his favor. I dont have a money and i dont have an item. Please help. can i cancel the dispute and re-open again ? can i contact ebay via email or just by phone ??? Thank you very much
