WHEN IS EBAY GOING TO STOP AUTO RELISTING MY SOLD ITEMS???? I CANNOT CALL THEM! HELP!

Is there no way to contact Ebay by phone anymore?

I have been having this ongoing issue for months where they are auto relisting my items that have already sold. I spoke to someone from Ebay awhile back and they noted by account and said it was a known issue but it is STILL going on!  Can anyone help with this? They said I would not be held reponsible if an item sold again. I see nowhere that I can contact Ebay by phone anymore...it is just here in the community or "ask an expert". Thanks!

That has been a problem for years and they don't seem to want to fix it.

For years???? I have never had this happen until a few months ago! I have been selling on Ebay since 2005. This is awful. 

Am I no longer able to contact Ebay??
