Fed Ex does not care about your packages they pick up & deliver.
Fed Ex leaves packages in public spaces in the Apartment Or hotel building where packages can be stolen from other people in the building & building sercuity camra's are no garrenty to find out how stolen my package left by Fed Ex in the mail box Lobby & Fed Ex showes a tracking number it was deliverd & left at mail box out side the mail box in the lobby area where other tents in the building or outside visitors can snatch & teal that package in the mail box lobby area public space.
Fed Ex does not leave the package with the front desk clerk to see to it that the package gets to the tenent in the building the package belongs to.
Ups will have the front desk sign for your package for the front desk staff will keep your package be hind the front desk or in a large mail box & have the mail man put a slip in your mail box that you have a package at the front desk or in a bigger mail box in the mail box lobby area & the front desk has a key to open the large mail box & give you your package delivered by UPS.
Fed Ex does not do this for costomers living in apartment buildings & hotels or motels.
& not leaving a slip on your door or in your mail box from the front desk that you have a package.
