Unable to return electronics to China

I've know, for some time, you cannot return electronic devices to China. Unless they have a parts and repair depot in the states, you're on your own. What I didn't realize was this also covers components, too. I do a lot of repair work and the only source for parts is China. I get a lot of counterfeit parts and past dealers have just refunded and didn't want he parts back.  They knew the rules. The latest dealer got me to cancel the order(I know , my big mistake) stating he would refund the money but, only after he got the parts back.  At the time I did know about the component restrictions and spent a goodly sum try to send them back. The supposed tracking number the Post Office issued does not do tracking. They don't state this anywhere nor, did the Postal people mention this fact. This particular dealer must be trying to keep the money for counterfeit components is the best I can figure. Don't trust them as far as you can throw their country. Be aware concerning this issue.
