Un Cancel a cancel order

I went to cancel order while trying to adjust shipping, etc and I would like to know how to now UN-cancel the cancel order? Does it time out after a certain time or is there a way to undo what i've done? It did not process at the time as there wasn't that much in the paypal account, so that saved it from going all the way through. I would like to see it does not go through since I'm sending the item manually so I can reimburse the difference, if any, in shipping. I'd never had to do that before, and went to cancel order in error. Any ideas? Thank you.
