USPS Lost Items

I sold 2 exact same items and they both shipped out in tubes.  I physically dropped them at the USPS in the indoor bin about 2 weeks ago.  To date neither package has been scanned.  Has anyone experienced scanning delays like this? The buyers both selected Parcel Select.  I have submitted claims with the USPS.  Neither or these packages had insurance.

 

Will I be to get refunded for the entire amount sell price & postage?
