Transferring tickets to buyer through Ticketmaster.

I just sold 2 LiveNation/Ticketmaster tickets. Can I just transfer them to the buyers through Ticketmaster? Does that constitute proof of delivery?
Or do I still have to mail the tickets out with Delivery Confirmation?
I want to make sure I have proof that the person got the tickets. If I just email them the e-tickets, I'm affraid they can say they never received them and file with Paypal and Ebay and get their money back and then I'm screwed and they got FREE tickets.
