Is there any way to get BACK Top Rated Seller Status after a business move that disrupted my business? I was in process of moving across the country. Have been a Power Seller and also a Top Rated Seller for years. During a few months, when I was away from my inventory during the week, I was able to sell but not ship items until Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This was CLEARLY stated in ALL my auctions, but I lost my status because I was uncable to upload carrier info even thogh none but 2 of my hundreds of customers reported any late deliveries.
