Technical Error when trying to send an invoice!

I have been getting a "Technical Error" message for a number of days when trying to send an invoice. I have called eBay and yet this issue has 

not been solved.  Does anyone know why this would be happening, or when it will be resolved?  I am also concerned that when I have to print a 

shipping label it may do the same.
