Supply Coupon not being accepted

I am trying to use the $25.00 coupone available for supplies.  I have cut and pasted into the space asking for it in Paypal and it comes back with

a message This coupon not yet ready, try again later.  This is the third day I have tried.  Since this is the designated couplon with me only cut

and pasting I do not underestand why the coupon will not go through.  Any ideas?
