I refunded the buyer because the item didn't arrive. I clicked through the link at eBay, which took me to a form at PayPal, which I submitted. Despite what eBay claims, I have not received my fees back. Not only that, but they made the buyer wait 5 days for the refund, with no explaination to the buyer or myself as to why, which made me look bad!
I've tried posting about this before but no response.
How do I get my fees back without flushing more money down the toilet sitting on the phone with eBay? I can't find a link to request my fees, just 1 to report the buyer as a deadbeat, which isn't the case.
