PayPal does not indicate why it cannot be used to pay for item, just suggests alternative ways to pay;ways that also do not work. Additionally one item that does not work makes all items in basket not work. If seller does not take PayPal, indicate such in advert.NOT the reverse as now happens. likewise if payment cannot be made in rupees or sen state such.

basket should be able to separate multiple currencies, especially in stamps  categories where buys are from multiple countries.
