Shipping label issue.

I do a return on ebay, the seller had accepted your return and sent the shipping label on 6th Oct. 2016 19:03, I have print it out and ship the package back on the same day.

but I received  other emal tell me i need print the return label start to return, and i try to click the erdler link the link conect with the return page. Thats mean i can not  find the tracking number which i print it out.

All of the email comes from ebay!
