Shipping fee charge changes

Maybe I missed an email from Ebay but whenever I created a shipping label on ebay the cost of the shipping label was reflected in the Payments (recent activity) and deducted from my available funds.  This changed Nov 2, 2023.  Now these shipping label fees are being charged to the bank account I use to receive payouts.  I did nothing to change any sort of settings in my account.  How do I change the method back?

Is your bank account connected to your Pay Pal account?

Unless they changed it, the only options to pay for the label is Pending Funds or Pay Pal.

Next time you buy a label, scroll down the page and make sure Pending Funds is still selected.
