Got note that UPS charged eBay for overweight actual cost. It appears to be a mistake. The item was 50g plus box. I put 2 lbs for calculation. eBay is saying it was 19 lbs. how do I dispute?

@rickholt The shipping adjustment could be due to the package size, if your measurements were not spot on and rounded up to the next full inch then you can be hit with dimensional weight surcharges.
The problem with eBay labels for Fed Ex and UPS is it's pretty much impossible to dispute cost adjustment since eBay is the account holder for Fed Ex and UPS. THEY have dispute for you.
In the future I recommend buying UPS labels from Pirateship.com. They DO help with surcharge disputes and filing insurance claims if needed.
