Shipping charges

I have been shipping items sold via media mail USPS.   I am charged for the label in order to print it.  On my sales transaction from eBay it lists that the buyer was charged for the shipping.   It appears that I and the buyer are paying for the shipping.   The charge billed to the buyer does not appear anywhere to reimburse me for purchasing the shipping label.  What is going wrong here?

The buyer pays you, you buy the label. 🙂  The shipping that the buyer pays is part of your payout, after fees are deducted.
