Sending Invoice

Ebay articles have not helped here, all ebay articles talk about sending an invoice thru either , ORDERS or SOLD,  I have a buyer who wants to buy a couple items so I want to know, How can I create an invoice from scratch with the item and price I want to offer them.

Ask the buyer to add the items to their cart and then request a total. Then you can send an invoice.
