For some reason (hacked?) Ebay is only charging 

my customers $15.00 instead of the actual $95.00 and $86.00 price.

I had to cancel two sales today.

According to your recent sales, you sold an item for $95 today @ 11:19. I see nothing for $86 OR $15.

Ebay does not "charge" buyers....buyers PAY for their purchases.
