Seller won’t send a return shipping label

The seller won’t send me a return label, they’re trying to pay me to not return it and they want my banking info. They already accepted the return, this is so crazy. They’ve given every excuse in the book to get me to not return the item.

Re: Seller won’t send a return shipping label

Once you open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History, the seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

Re: Seller won’t send a return shipping label

Are you doing this through ebay's system?  Do NOT send any banking info to them!  If you go thru ebay, the whole thing is supported by ebay.  It's very easy.  Don't let the seller guide you in this.  Returning the item could be part of the transaction, but do it when and how ebay says so.  Keep us posted!
